The corporate legal services include:

  • Representing in labor dispute resolutions, including but not limited to attending dispute mediation, arbitration and litigation
  • Drafting or reviewing employment contracts, training agreements, non-compete & confidentiality agreements, and other HR documents
  • Drafting or reviewing collective contracts and attending the collective bargaining
  • Drafting or reviewing employee handbooks and other company internal rules and policies
  • Advising on issues in connection with labor protection, work-related injuries, and occupational diseases.
  • Assisting expatriates in obtaining Work Permits and dealing with other employment formalities
  • Advising on issues in connection with social insurance, commercial insurance and benefit plans
  • Attending negotiations, developing the plans for layoffs or employee transfers, and drafting or reviewing the necessary transaction documents
  • Assisting our clients in conducting internal compliance investigations and advising on how to deal with those employees who violated compliance policies
