Alex is an associate at the RH team  who brings a wealth of expertise spanning competition law, international economic law, and a nuanced understanding of Indonesian regulations. His strength lies in effectively communicating legal updates, assisting clients in navigating the intricate regulatory landscape of Indonesia for investments.

Alex has accumulated extensive professional experience in providing Indonesian legal services to domestic and international companies, and has participated in numerous major cross-industry projects. These projects encompass a wide range of areas, including company formation, legal due diligence, labor management, and corporate compliance. He has experience with GZAC, a large real estate company, and DHH Law Firm. He has participated in land acquisition and development projects for large real estate companies in East and South China, and drafted defense briefs for a well-known medical device import and export company and a cross-border e-commerce retail importer.
Alex has also been involved in numerous significant projects, including assisting a well-known tea beverage brand in establishing a foreign-invested company in Indonesia, participating in pre-investment due diligence and issuing legal opinions on related projects; assisting in legal due diligence on an energy industry project and a target company in Indonesia, and providing transaction risk assessment advice; and providing labor compliance consulting to an Indonesian company specializing in new materials, covering labor contracts, employment termination, and labor dispute resolution.

• Assisted in the establishment of a construction consortium for the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway EPC project in Indonesia, including the design of the consortium's equity structure, the drafting and review of the consortium's establishment agreement, and operational compliance risk advisories for the consortium.
• Served as annual legal counsel for the Indonesian subsidiary of Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd., providing legal services such as corporate compliance, contract management, and investment due diligence.
• Assisted in legal research for Tencent Music Entertainment Hong Kong Limited's music platform development project in four Southeast Asian countries, issuing due diligence reports and specialized legal opinions.
• Participated in multiple land acquisition and development projects for a large real estate company, involving land planning, development permits, and environmental assessments. The company also participated in the review of financing agreements and lease contracts, providing legal support for the real estate development projects. Furthermore, the company assisted in handling litigation and arbitration cases, including drafting litigation documents.
• Participated in import and export projects for a cross-border e-commerce retail import company, handling cases involving customs smuggling and import and export trade, assisting in communication with customs and other authorities, and drafting defense opinions.
