Rafisya Fathanaila (“Naila”) is a lawyer registered with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). In her practice, Naila focuses on legal compliance for multinational companies conducting business activities in Indonesia, including in the areas of licensing, corporate governance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, Naila is also actively involved in dispute resolution, particularly in cases related to Chinese direct investment in Indonesia. The business sectors handled by Naila include, but are not limited to, energy, infrastructure, industry, banking, logistics, and retail.

• Assisted in various commercial disputes in the telecommunications sector, particularly those related to default for the procurement and sale of fiber optic devices and products, with cumulative claims reaching billions of rupiah. These cases are handled in various district courts.
• Assisted a client in a case involving the alleged unlawful transfer of majority shares in a company, with a transaction value of approximately IDR 105 billion.
• Assisted in providing consultation related to import and export or foreign direct investment in Indonesia, as well as represented corporate clients in criminal investigations.
• Assisted Multinational Companies in relation to construction projects in Indonesia, including advising on the most appropriate business and market-entry models based on the regulatory and licensing compliance.
