She has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, and has served as legal counsel for multiple listed companies, government agencies, and state-owned enterprises.She is also listed in the Foreign-related Legal Talent Pool of Jilin Province, serves as a plea negotiation lawyer for the People’s Procuratorate of Changchun Jingyue High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and is an off-campus mentor at Jilin International Studies University.

During her tenure at a major energy group, Scarlett was deeply involved in multiple confidential overseas projects, taking charge of cross-border negotiations, drafting and revising English-language contracts, coordinating with international legal teams, and liaising with foreign governments and diplomatic institutions.She also participated in multi-billion-dollar overseas investment projects, responsible for procurement and bidding compliance review, designing BOT/BOO cooperation models, and providing pre-litigation strategic analysis and contract negotiation support for overseas project companies—demonstrating solid capabilities in international business compliance.
As a practicing lawyer, Scarlett has engaged extensively in civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate advisory work.She has appeared in court independently, drafted various foreign-related and commercial legal documents, and provided contract review, risk assessment, legal opinions, and attorney letters for government bodies, institutions, and corporate clients.She has participated in credit review and opinion issuance for state-owned enterprise bankruptcy cases, and is familiar with litigation procedures, arbitration rules, and cross-jurisdictional coordination.
Earlier in her career, Scarlett worked at a foreign-related entertainment company, where she participated in collaboration projects with Marvel Studios and Warner Bros., independently localizing multiple licensing agreements and providing legal support and real-time interpretation for overseas business activities.This experience endowed her with a unique advantage in cross-cultural legal communication.
Scarlett provides services including cross-border contract review and negotiation, international cooperation structuring, risk management for overseas investment, foreign-related intellectual property support, international dispute resolution, and multilingual business communication—helping enterprises achieve legal compliance and efficient international expansion in a globalized environment.

• Provided full-process legal services for multiple confidential overseas projects (each valued at over USD 10 billion) for Jiufeng Energy Group, including cross-border negotiation, English contract review and drafting, and transaction structure legality analysis.Supported a RMB 50 billion domestic energy investment project through institutional design and risk control services.Offered litigation strategy consulting for construction engineering disputes, including evidence system design, issue analysis, and response strategy formulation, improving the efficiency of dispute resolution.
