  • Provided full-process legal services for multiple confidential overseas projects (each valued at over USD 10 billion) for Jiufeng Energy Group, including cross-border negotiation, English contract review and drafting, and transaction structure legality analysis.Supported a RMB 50 billion domestic energy investment project through institutional design and risk control services.Offered litigation strategy consulting for construction engineering disputes, including evidence system design, issue analysis, and response strategy formulation, improving the efficiency of dispute resolution.
